The Kiwanis Club Penang Central is supporting The Caring Rehabilitation Society of PWD Penang to raise RM 200,000 that it needs for the construction costs of the new building to house and rehabilitate their members with disabilities.

For more than 20 years prior, the Penang Welfare Association for The Mentally Retarded Children had been applying for land for a new school for differently abled children. With the assistance from the State Government and multiple generous parties, we saw that dreams come true in the form of a 2- storey, 20 rooms building complete with a multi-purpose hall, playground, utilities and basic amenities.
